SBPA Membership Roster

Please provide us with your information so that we can ensure that you don’t miss important communications about SBPA or Shawnee Band activities.

For each student please tell us their name, grade, and position in the band. Also, provide us all parents emails and phone numbers who would like to be contacted regarding Band activities.

Please also include the student’s t-shirt size for their free tour shirt. Shoes will be required for new band students, so please include your child’s shoe size.
