Set-Up: 6:30 AM to 8:30 AM
Craft Show: 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM
Break Down: 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM

Rules

  • Each space will be provided a 96″ x 30″ table, which defines the vendors location. One chair is provided.
  • Per Medford Township Fire Codes, no merchandise may be displayed in front of your table or extend beyond your space.
  • No pets/animals. No alcohol, CBD, tobacco, vape, or firearm products. No open flames.

Payment

EACH SPACE IS A NON-REFUNDABLE $75
Payment is due when this application is submitted.
We will send you a confirmation email once the application and payment are received.

The preferred method of payment is to Venmo the fee to @ShawneeBandParentsAssoc (it is quick and easy to setup a Venmo account! See https://venmo.com )

Registrations are accepted on a first come, first-served basis until all spaces are filled.
THERE WILL BE NO DAY-OF REGISTRATION

We ask each crafter/vendor donate an item of their choosing for our band scholarship gift basket raffles

We do our best to assign returning vendors to the same table, or better, if requested, if the application and payment is postmarked on, or before, October 1, 2023. After that date, all selections will be done on a first come, first served basis. Please comment if you would like to be placed in a different area (no guarantees).
